From travel to I-635 (I-635 E becomes I-20 W)
Take the "Kaufman Hwy #175 East" exit off of I-20/LBJ I-635.
Follow Hwy #175 all the way to Hwy #274 East. Exit the Seven Points exit.
Turn right onto TX-274 next to the Exxon gas station
Continue on TX- 274 for 11.1 miles from the Exxon station.
You will travel through the city of Seven Points and go through a traffic light.
About 2 miles after the traffic light you'll make a left at Cedar Crest Shores  immediately after the First Baptist Church. The road immediately splits, so veer right onto Ridgewood. At the 4th street, turn left on Mockingbird Drive then turn right onto Shoreline Drive.

The Crop Inn is located on the left side of the road (501 Shoreline Drive).  It is light gray with white trim. You'll see a smaller cottage on the left side of the main house. Approximately 58.0 Miles.

Traveling North on US45 towards Ennis, TX.  Within 3 Miles of Ennis, TX you'll approach FM85 East. Take FM85 East travel about 24 miles towards Seven Points, TX.  As you approach Seven Points, you'll pass a Dairy Queen on your right.  At the next light turn right on TX-274 . Travel about 1-2 miles on TX-274 and make a left at Cedar Crest Shores  immediately after the First Baptist Church.
The road immediately splits, so veer right onto Ridgewood. At the 4th street, turn left on Mockingbird Drive. Then turn right onto Shoreline Drive.

From I-20 West turn LEFT onto TX-198/S BUFFALO ST. Continue to follow TX-198 towards Gun Barrel, TX.Turn RIGHT onto E US-175 HWY continue for 7.7 miles across Cedar Creek Lake to TX-274. Turn LEFT onto TX-274.Travel about 1-2 miles on TX-274 and make a left at Cedar Crest Shores immediately after the First Baptist Church. The road immediately splits, so veer right onto Ridgewood. At the 4th street, turn left on Mockingbird Drive.Turn right onto Shoreline Drive.
