Who We
Are
We are the world's largest processor of Green Chile
peppers and the largest U.S. processor of
Jalapeño peppers. To complement our Green
Chile and Jalapeño business, we also
manufacture a full assortment of high
quality, authentic Mexican food products. We
operate manufacturing plants in Deming and
Las Cruces, New Mexico. We utilize over
10
warehouses across the U.S. to effectively
serve our customers .
Our core business was
founded on providing quality shelf stable
Bulk Ingredient products. We also have developed product
lines for the Foodservice and Retail customer channels. Innovative products
include refrigerated Bulk Chile for fresh
pack Salsas, Dehydrofrozen and IQF Chiles
and Jalapeños. Specialty products include
Red Chile Purees, Tomatillos, Red Jalapeños,
Bulk Sauces and Salsas.
